"It’s all about mindset. What you think about is what you “be” about. Don’t think to “not be” something, think to “be.” Anything you focus on is what you create. So to think to “not be” angry. All you are is attracting anger and it stays. You’re giving the problem all of the energy. But if you think about happiness, that’s what you will attract and that is what you will be. Energy flows where attention goes."
